Police Alleged Extra-Judicial Killing in Port Harcourt: Car Owner Swears Affidavit that nobody stole his car

The Owner of the second car said to have been stolen by late Chima and four
others, says his car, a Toyota Camry was not stolen or missing.
Addressing newsmen in Port Harcourt, the second car owner, Chinedu Samuel-Ezenwaliri Presented an affidavit saying he gave his car to late Chima Ikwunado, his mechanic to fix. He insists the claims made by the police that they recovered the car from criminals were false. His lawyer, Chiabu Onuobia said his client, Ezenwaliri put up the affidavit as a legal document to consolidate his statements on the matter that his mechanic, Chima Ikwuanodo is not a criminal as alleged by the police. Recall that the owner of the Toyota Corrolla, Erepamo Eradiri had earlier said late Chima was his Mechanic and was going to fix his car when the police arrested him. He also said he presented the car papers to the police before the car was released to him.
