Top Nigerian leaders and former Presidents will converge deliberate on the security challenges on Tuesday at the National Institute of Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru, the Chairman, Media and Publicity Committee of the Eminent Persons and Expert Group Meeting on Complex Insurgencies in Nigeria, Dr. Shola Adeyanju has said.
Adeyanju explained that the opening ceremony is coming up today between 4pm and 7pm at NIPSS while tomorrow will be a technical session and Thursday will be a kind of issuance of communiqué of what they have arrived at and adopted at the meeting. He said that during the technical sessions, participants will look at different dimensions into the crises like political dimension, economic dimension, psychological dimension, sociological dimension.

When people are talking together, we want to see what will come out of this and on the basis of that, there will be a declaration. This will be the contribution of NIPSS in observance of its mandate in talking about national policies.”
