The Benue State University Teaching Hospital BSUTH is dying…because of the incompetence of the current Chief Medical Director.
There have been reported cases of patients being left unattended to for hours resulting in avoidable deaths due to lack of effective utilization of personnel
Patients have been left in the operating theater unattended to for hours during public power outages because of the lack of AGO to power the Hospital’s standby generators
I remember how Elijah Terdoo Ikpanor lamented about the lack of care for his father in the hospital which to some extent contributed to his father’s unfortunate early death, and several others have had nasty experiences of late from that hospital.
I am therefore constrained to call for the immediate sack/removal of the Chief Medical Director for lack of capacity to manage a critical and vital life saving facility like the BSUTH.
