THE INTERLOCUTORY ORDER WAS MADE IN THE SUIT FILED BY THE STATE CHAIRMAN OF THE PARTY GODWIN JOHN AND MINISTER OF NIGER DELTA AFFAIRS USANI UGURU USANI SEEKING TO ESTABLISH HIMSELF AS THE DULY ELECTED ELECTED APC GOVERNORSHIP CANDIDATE  IN THE STATE
USANI UGURU USANI AND HIS PARTY HAVE BEEN LOCKED IN A THE LEGAL DISPUTE AFTER THE APC ANNOUNCED SENATOR OWAN ENOH AS THE DULY ELECTED CANDIDATE OF THE PARTY FOR THE MARCH 2, GOVERNORSHIP ELECTION IN THE STATE
PRESIDING JUDGE, INYANG EKWO HAS DIRECTED PARTIES TO MAINTAIN THE STATUS WUO PENDING THE DETERMINATION OF THE MATTER.
