Leader of the London borough of Harrow Dean Galliamgham has commended the developmental effort of Governor Nyesom Ezenwo Wike. His appreciation of the strides of the governor was made during a courtesy visit by Hon Tonye Adoki the leader of the organization of Rivers Ijaws and member representing PHALGA constituency 2 in the Rivers State House of Assembly. While at the Harrow Council Hon Adoki also met CLLR Chika Amadi who is also a Councillor of the labour party in Britain.
Prior to his visit to the Borough of Harrow, Hon Adoki met with stakeholders and entrepreneurs of Riverine Ijaw extraction living and doing business in the UK. He used the oppurtunity to explain the developmental strides of Governor Wike in the riverine Ijaw area of Rivers State. He also distributed brochures showing the projects of Governor Wike that affect the Riverine Ijaws.
In response Mr Lawrence Ama expressed his excitement at the projects being executed under Governor Wike and promised to give his full support if Governor Wike decides to run for a second term. Mr Leton Lee of the GDI called on Governor Wike to make himself available for a second term in office and called on Hon Adoki to support legislation to accomodate diaspora voting as a way of enfrancising the large number of Nigerians in diaspora.
